Started in 2006, this office has changed locations in Elizabeth City 3 times.  First, it was just North of the hospital, with our Second location at 1805 W. City Drive on Halstead Extended heading to Walmart.  We are now located at 1880 W. City Drive (right down the road) in the same building as Century 21.
